Flowers: Birds of Paradise (freedom, anticipation, excitement), Milkweed (remembrance, freedom), Nerine Lily(connection, security, affection)
Symbolism: Butterflies (freedom, lightness, and joy)
Crystal: Amethyst: Known as "the all-purpose stone" Amethyst is a protective stone that helps to relieve stress and anxiety in your life, and the symptoms that accompany it, namely headaches, fatigue, and anxiety. The gem's purple colors represented purity of spirit.
Wild Dreams
Flower: Passiflora (the passion flower), African Dream Root (known to induce vivid, lucid dreams)
Symbolism: Dandelion (hope, dreams, and play)
Crystal: The calm, serene energy of Blue Fluorite brings inner peace. Fluorite is a stone known for clarity and mental enhancement. Its ability to assist the clearing of negative energy and aiding in decision-making has made this a favorable stone to work with. This powerful crystal is known as an absorber of negative energy, specifically within one's aura and mind.
