Intro to Reiki (Member-Led Workshop)

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that uses the idea of a universal life force energy. Black women have been involved in reiki as practitioners and clients, and have found it to be a healing practice that addresses both physical and emotional pain, working to release blocks and make space for freedom and ease. In this workshop, Nichole will introduce, demonstrate and provide reiki energy healing.

Nichole Norman-Cobb is a 3rd Degree Shinpiden Usui Reiki Teacher Practitioner with a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification. She has a passion for reminding people of their personal power while supporting healing and growth with compassionate Reiki energy.
