Preparing to Dream.

  1. Find a comfortable space to dream. It may be your bed, a comfy chair, or a rest nest on the floor.

  2. Choose a visualization. You can choose a song to play gently in the background as you dream, if you like.

  3. Center yourself with three grounding, deep breaths.

  4. Listen & Dream.

  5. Write a few notes about your dream in your Guided Journal for today.

  6. Celebrate yourself for committing to daydreaming and practicing liberation today.
